The Global Perspective...
“We are a global and culturally diverse team “is a line that has been done to death. It’s trite....like an old war horse. Any website we visit...this circus camel (line) seems to adorn their career page. Though we are a smallish team, we have a natural mandate to associate with people across the globe.We have worked with interns from countries like Switzerland, India, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Brazil, and Togo. We feel good to have you around. Some of the interns became full-time team members :-)We are proud about it.
The Boot Camp...
We allow ourselves to be interviewed, because working here is a two way street. The ‘Boot camp ‘refers to that period (2 days to be precise) sandwiched between your selection and your approval. You have the right to check us out, talk to our people, use our infrastructure, read books, talk to our fishes, climb a few rocks (we mean it), see our work, feel our ecosystem and finally make your decision. We will serve you (lunch only...). We promise you that we won’t be in our best behavior, clean our wardrobes or sweep anything under the carpet. If you spot skeletons, let us know. We want to keep improving. That’s the key.
'No more' Monday Blues...
Work is smooth most times, stressful sometimes (the very stressful days are there too), but at all times it is filled with challenge, fun and camaraderie. We have this free burning quality. When the work becomes a tight rope walk or a hair splitting experience, the fun quotient @ Azri increases.We don’t work towards bad days, but when they arrive, we take it in the chin with a smile. That’s We....That’s Work.
The 'nice' Mr Money Bag...
It’s important, we know it...It’s very important in fact. When it comes to the weight of your wallet we are competitive. We follow industry benchmarks in vogue. We make exceptions too, for that you will have to be exceptional...That’s a non negotiable. So, let us cross the money bridge when we come to it.
