We are looking for someone who really rocks with Java, so technically speaking, you (the candidate) should be
- A Senior developer with good experience with J2EE. You should be able to demonstrate strong development experience of 4 to 7 years on the J2EE stack.
- Confident with various flavours Linux/Unix and Windows
- Have strong and solid programming background with extensive production level experience on Hibernate (the latest version with Annotation)
- Really good at performance optimization, caching and production level issues.
- Experienced at a production level on Struts 2/Java 1.6
- Comfortable with working knowledge of JMS/ActiveMQ/GWT.
- Capable of finding your way around with Drools/Unitils/Maven

- Familiar with Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM, FDD etc)
- Confident of your communication skills
